Q. How do I determine if my paper is suitable for this Journal?

A. If your research focuses on promoting any aspect of inclusive development, then your paper will be considered by the Journal. If you are still unsure, you can send an email to the Editor and include either the abstract or the focus of your research paper and the Journal Editorial Team will reply accordingly.


Q. How much fees do I have to pay if my paper gets accepted? Is there a fees (e.g. Article Processing Charges, etc.) for submitting my paper as well?

A. Although JIID is an Open Access Journal, there is no fees for either submitting your paper, or when it gets accepted and goes into publishing. There is no fees that needs to be paid by the authors at any stage. JIID is supported by the Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.


Q. Once my article is published in JIID, will I be able to share this paper on my personal webpage?

A. Although the Copyright of individual research articles remains with the Centre for Earth Studies, authors are allowed to upload, print, distribute and share the published article as, when and how they like. Once an article is published in JIID, it is then governed by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License. Authors may therefore freely share/ distribute their published articles under the conditions of this License, which can be read by clicking here.


Q. What are the Sustainable Development Goals? Where can I find more information on this?

A. The 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals are listed here. You can find more information on each of these goals on the United Nations website at this this link.
